Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Arcynide's website and services. By submitting an inquiry, accepting a quote, or making a payment, you agree to the terms below. Arcynide is based in London, UK.

Our Services

Arcynide provides phone and laptop repairs, system maintenance, and custom PC builds. Every job starts with a diagnostic or consultation before any work is carried out or a quote issued.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are issued based on the information and images provided at the time of inquiry. In some cases, a device may require further inspection once received, which could affect the final price — you'll always be informed of any change before we proceed.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Full payment (or an agreed deposit, for custom builds) is required before work begins or an item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated at the time of quote:

Collection & Storage

Items left uncollected after 14 days of being ready may incur a storage fee of £1 per day. We'll always try to contact you first using your preferred contact method before any fee is applied.

Returns

Returns are accepted for physical items only. Custom PC builds and screen replacements are non-returnable once work has commenced, given their bespoke nature. This does not affect your statutory rights, or your rights under the standard warranty above if a fault develops.

Delivery

Where a delivery option is selected, any applicable delivery charge is shown clearly before payment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed to an exact day unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

While we take reasonable care with every device in our possession, Arcynide's liability is limited to the value of the specific repair or build in question. We recommend backing up any important data before handing over a device, as we cannot be held responsible for data loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
